The Digital Strategy Leader for the Industry Marketing Digital team owns the overall digital strategy and ensures teams align tactics to goals and objectives. They work closely with portfolio, campaign, social media marketing and content marketing leaders to develop growth oriented strategies across all digital touch points. The Digital Strategy Leader is responsible for delivering digital results across all core Industry programs. They support local country teams in delivering easy to deploy programs, monitoring global adoption of digital campaigns and best practices. They influence leadership to invest in innovative digital tactics that uplift business objectives.
Define the digital strategy and execution tactic mix for the IBM Industry marketing program.
Develop, execute and measure marketing campaigns that drive lead generation through relevant channels.
Plan and execute all web, SEO, inbound campaigns and programs that require digital touch points.
Collaborate with vendors to optimize paid media spend.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Develop customer insights, track industry activity and follow market segment trends closely in order to improve the digital strategy for the business.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in UI/UX, SEO, paid media and inbound marketing.
Collaborate with social media marketing and content marketing leaders to drive results across multiple digital channels and deliver a comprehensive digital strategy for the business.
Work with our social media marketing team to design, build and maintain our social media presence.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Ensure that brand consistency, IBM voice, and user experience is consistent across all deliverables
Work closely with the various specialists involved with the implementation and management of our digital strategies.
Support adoption of programs and campaigns into local country marketing plans.
This role is located in Armonk, NY, or New York City.
Must be able and willing to travel to both Armonk and New York City for meetings with Industry Marketing executives and team members.
Must have the ability to work in the US without current/future need for IBM sponsorship.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
