Our client, with corporate headquarters in New England, is seeking an Assistant Construction Project Manager to oversee and direct construction management at its various sites throughout Westchester County in New York.
This position reports to the Project Manager and oversees multiple assigned project sites, including: maintaining budget, quality, schedule and customer satisfaction; oversees contractors and designers concerning project cost, staffing and scheduling.
Must have experience with site and electrical construction and be familiar with a variety of the fields, concepts, practices and procedures, with strong communication and leadership skills. Must be able to travel to the various sites.
Bachelors degree or three to five years related experience or an equivalent combination.
This opportunity is open for either full-time employee (competitive salary and benefits) or consultant status. Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without sponsorship.
