Summary:
The Senior Account Manager is accountable for leading a Client Service team that delivers high quality and efficient service to our clients within the agency. This role reports directly to the President to ensure goals and objectives support the company strategy. The Senior Account Manager has a direct impact on business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, enhancing MBC's value to our clients and prospects, achieving operating/margin targets and creating a culture of performance and continuous improvement. Manages people, business processes and an assigned group of accounts.

Required:
Bachelor's degree with 5
years client service experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10
years client service experience.
5
years supervisory experience.
Life, Accident and Health License
Experience using ZYWAVE a plus
Conduct Employee Enrollment Meetings
Conduct Client meeting with Management and one on one

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
