Responsibilities: Analyze statistical data to forecast risk and liability for payment of future benefits. Set-up and update quotes in the Quote Tracker system, assuring that all quote documentation is filed electronically. Assist with the creation of formal reinsurance proposal documents for delivery to clients. Research client requests and treaty issues to develop positions and propose solutions. Assist with the preparation of treaties and amendments and their maintenance in the L&H LifeDoc system. Assist with providing client services, such as mortality tours and educational presentations. Use client provided policyholder, insured, and other data to undertake analysis and provide useful insights about insurance consumer attitudes and preferences, and especially actions involving the risk of anti-selective behavior, taking into consideration psychological and behavioral biases. Apply these concepts along with actuarial mathematics within a Life & Health insurance context.
Education: Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Applied Economics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
Experience: 1 year experience in position offered or related occupation.
Other Reqs: Experience with the following: individual life insurance products, including level term life insurance, universal life insurance, final expense whole life insurance; understanding and analyzing the provisions of a life reinsurance treaty to assure compliance and address deficiencies; working with actuarial concepts and principles; and data analytics and research related to policyholder/consumer behavior and other behavioral economics concepts.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
