Responsibilities: Analyze statistical data and construct probability tables to forecast risk and liability for payment of future benefits. Assist in the calculation and reporting of valuation results including U.S. Statutory, US GAAP, and best estimate projections. Develop and use analysis tools to validate quarterly valuations results, including statutory reserves, US GAAP reserves, and best estimate cash flows. Support the building and maintenance of the valuation and projection system as well as testing valuation model updates. Assist in responding to requests from clients, reinsurance partners, regulators, internal and external auditors, and rating agencies.
Education: Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Actuarial Science, Finance, or related field.
Experience: 2 years of experience in position offered Analyst or related occupation.
Other Requirements: Experience with the following: North American life and health insurance products; U.S. reserve and capital requirements for life and health (re)insurance; actuarial modeling systems; Excel, Access, and VBA; and reinsurance and embedded value.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
