Expert Business Analyst / Product Owner -Hybrid

50% /50% office & home. About the role:
Life & Health IT Expert Business Analyst is responsible for defining the product vision and managing product development process. This includes business analysis, requirements gathering & coordination of project activities. The L&H Expert Business Analyst will be driving end-to-end business solution development from initiation to delivery, partner on solution integration, support operational incident and problem resolution. Key skills include the ability to bring ideas from concept to reality, champion proposed solution to leaders & to global stakeholders. This person will join a team of business analysts with a focus on leading initiatives in the L&H area and will collaborate with developers and production support teams.
Responsibilities:
As a product owner, to develop strategy & structure to drive solutions for business imperatives. Initiate large programs by developing strategy, creating multi-year roadmaps & plans for solution delivery. Maximizing business value of IT investments by prioritizing & analyzing business issues & build business case for large initiatives. Delivery and project management of initiatives. Requirements elicitation, documentation, collaborating for product development & testingLeverage cutting edge technology like Generative AI, Analytics, Machine Learning to progress business solutions About the team:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree; Master's a plus.12 to 15 years of business analysis building global large applications.Application design development, data analysis and data management, operational reporting experience.Experience in business analysis for new product development & product testing Domain experience in the insurance industry, Life & Health preferred.Experience with data modelling tools, Relational databases such as Oracle, SQL ServerExcellent in analytical thinking for addressing business needs.Experience with Cloud computing and Generative AI, Machine Learning applications is a plus.You are a business systems and data analyst by passion as well as a planner and doer. You enjoy taking time to understand business requirements to articulate a product solution. You enjoy working independently as part of a distributed team to solve business problems. You are excited to work with a global team adapting to different cultures and are comfortable with flexible working schedules for collaborating with colleagues in differing time zones of Asia and Europe.For Armonk, NY, the estimated base salary range for this position is $116,000 to $186,000. The specific salary offered for this, or any given role will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to job location, scope of role, qualifications, complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent, experience, education, and employer budget.
