HR Business Development Implementation Consultant
HR Business Development Implementation Consultant, IBM Corporation, Armonk, NY and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US:
Responsible for execution of Human Resources solution associated with acquisition, divestitures, and outsourcing contracts.
Responsible for project management and direction of Human Resources implementation activities.
Provide business leadership and direction to team members of the Human Resources business development implementation team.
Drive the identification and on boarding of employees and place employees with the buyer.
Lead hiring process, pre-employment, and on-boarding activities.
Work with resource managements to execute rebalancing activities in client environment.
Build deal specific project plans.
Collaborate with internal and external customers to achieve the Human Resources implementation management and delivery metrics.
Maintain communication with the team, monitor performance, and provide direction and counseling to achieve implementation success.
Create proactive solutions to improve Human Resources Merger and Acquisitions outcomes using people analytics, business acumen and automation skills.
Utilize:
Acoustic, Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), Radford/Mercer/Willis Towers Watson Human Resources benchmark tools, Cognos Analytics.
Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Business Management or related and two (2) years of experience as an Analyst or related.
Two (2) years of experience must include utilizing Acoustic, Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), Radford/Mercer/Willis Towers Watson Human Resources benchmark tools, Cognos Analytics.
