Test Specialist
Test Specialist, IBM Corporation, Armonk, NY and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US:
Participate in test automation strategy and planning, automation tool governance, automated script quality review, script business sign off and automated script execution through distributed execution in various testing cycles.
Participate in test coordination activities for internal S/4 Hana automated testing solutions.
Act as an interface between business users, S/4 consultants and automation consultants.
Participate in regression test execution in bulk through distributed execution mode, analyze failure results, work with stakeholders to get the functional issues resolved and re-execution.
Provide technical guidance and technical resolutions to issues to the team.
Participate in activities such as script quality review, business result review and approval, management reporting.
Utilize:
SAP Test Automation, Tricentis Automation Tools (Tosca, qTest, LiveCompare), Atlassian Jira (DevOps/Agile), CI/CD Tools - Jenkins, Tosca CI, Github, qTest, API & Microservices Testing - Postman, SOAP UI, Tosca API, qTest API, Data processing using Python Program, SAP Technologies - S4 Finance, ECC, Solution Manager.
Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (employer will accept Associates degree plus two (2) years of IT experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree) and two (2) years of experience as a Test Automation Lead or related.
Two (2) years of experience must include utilizing SAP Test Automation, Tricentis Automation Tools (Tosca, qTest, LiveCompare), Atlassian Jira (DevOps/Agile), CI/CD Tools - Jenkins, Tosca CI, Github, qTest, API & Microservices Testing - Postman, SOAP UI, Tosca API, qTest API, Data processing using Python Program , SAP Technologies - S4 Finance, ECC, Solution Manager.
