Requirements:
We seek a NYS admitted attorney with, ideally, three or more years of litigation experience, primarily defending medical malpractice and/or general liability claims.
You can look forward to enjoying frequent NYC metro area court appearances with our calendars as well as EBT's now shifting increasingly to in-person appearances.
We seek team members who have the ability and experience and will enjoy autonomously handling a workload of cases from Answer throughout discovery, motions, advising the client on forward strategy, trial prep and support.
Persons with good computer skills, including comfort with Windows, Word and Outlook and a somehow persistently positive disposition and sense of humor will thrive in this fast-paced work environment.
Salary is competitive, flexible, based on quantitative and qualitative performance and regularly reviewed.
