Interacting with account teams and clients to understand their business, campaign goals, and desired deliverablesTurning a clients ideas into a comprehensive design briefThinking creatively to generate visuals that connect with an audienceConducting market research especially on design and marketing trendsWorking with different mediums and identifying the best option for each projectWorking on layouts and the overall presentation of a campaign, deck, brochure, or adProduce artwork and design concepts from ideation through project completionCoordinating with other creatives like artists or photographers for necessary elementsProviding input on design quotesProviding files to necessary vendors like a printer or web designerRequired experience and skills:

years experience in the fieldA good cross-platform portfolio of workSignificant background in creative development, graphic design (digital and offline)Excellent working knowledge with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign on Mac OS is essentialCompetency creating social media posts & campaigns across all platformsA confident and persuasive approach to creative projectsStrong understanding of UX (user experience)Strong typographic and layout skillsExcellent communication skillsFull awareness of creative processes, techniques, and trends in the design industryA leading cross-platform portfolio of work that can be substantiated is essentialA design, marketing, or communications degree would be of distinct advantage
