Position Overview:
Our client is seeking candidates for the position of Site Manager at a Major Corporation in Armonk, NY. The Client Site Manager is responsible for planning, organizing and implementation of all activities; the activities include, but not limited to document prep, scanning, copying and ESI services. The successful candidate must be able to perform each essential duty consistently, accurately and in a timely manner while interacting efficiently, cooperatively and professionally with all team members utilizing exemplary leadership and supervisory skills.
NOTE: Maintaining Confidentiality is a critical function of the role
Responsibilities
This position supervises a team of 3-4 staff members
Prioritize and plan work schedules with the ability to shift priorities quickly
Ensure all production goals are achieved and communicate immediately with the customer if productions goals need to be revised based on unexpected obstacles
Continually review production process to ensure the highest quality, quantity can be outputted.
Ensure PCs. Copiers, and scanners are maintained and are in working order.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree
Previous supervisory experience
3 ? 5 years in a client facing role
Minimum of 5 ? 10 years of ESI/Litigation experience
Strong project management and interpersonal/customer service skills
Must be detail oriented and have excellent problem solving skills
Must have computer experience and knowledge of MS Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and Lotus Notes.
Must be reliable and must be dedicated to producing high quality work
Must be able to maintain a tape archive (Back-up) system
Must be able to track and report revenue on a daily basis
Strong Written and verbal communication
Ability to read and interpret documents
Ability to type and use a computer
Performs other tasks, as assigned by the Director of Operations, as well as working with other Departments as needed
Additional Skills Desired:
Experience in creating production reports, project status reports, departmental activity presentations and ad hoc reports
Lead by example demonstrating a positive attitude, adapt easily to changing environment and/or instructions, ? constantly striving to improve current processes/practices to ensure highest levels of quality and quantity are achieved
Technical knowledge of ESI productions and processes is highly desirable
Customer Service, Client Relations or Litigation/Document Management support experience is a plus
Experience with IPRO suite and other litigation software

Ability to work weekends if production schedules require Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
